Ingredients
1. Chicken (cut to 20 pieces) – 1 kg. 2. Orange red colour – ½ teaspoon, salt – to taste, chilly powder – 1 tale spoon. 3. Green chillies (split in the middle) – 20 Nos. 4. Curry leaves – 1 handful
How to prepare
1. The chicken pieces are mixed with the orange red colour, chilly powder and salt and cooked.2. Oil is heated in a kadai, the green chillies and curry leaves are added and they are heated till they turn brown.3. The chicken pieces are then cooked well in he oil and served hot.
