Ingredients
* 1/2 kg Chicken
* 3 Onions (finely chopped)
* 6 Green chilies (cut slit open length-wise)
* 2 tsp Garlic paste
* 2 tsp Ginger paste
* 2 cups coconut milk
* 1 cup water
* 2 Tomatoes
* 1 tsp Poppy seeds (ground)
* 4 small pieces Cinnamon
* 4 Cloves
* 3 stems Coriander leaves
* 4 tsp Oil
* 1 tbsp Lemon juice
* Salt
Methods/steps
^ Heat oil in a pan.
^ Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, onions and green chilies and stir fry, till onion turns brown.
^ Add ginger and garlic and stir for a little while.
^ Add the chicken pieces and stir further.
^ Add the coconut milk, water, chopped tomatoes, poppy seeds and coriander leaves along with enough water and salt.
^ Cover the pan and allow the contents to boil.
^ When chicken is cooked and 3/4th of water is dried up, add lemon juice and boil well.
