Boneless chicken cubes- 400 gm., Leeks-few, Onion- few, Garlic- 2 Nos., Celery- few, Carrot-10 gm, Salt-taste, Sugar- taste, Parsley leaves- 1 sprig
Method
Wash chicken pieces and cut into cubes, chop vegetables such as leeks, celery and carrot.
Heat oil in a kadai and saute chopped onion, garlic and vegetables. Add chicken cubes and stock.Add salt and sugar.Bring to boil and simmer for about 10 minutes and serve hot garnished with parsley leaves.
