Ingredients
1. Milk 500 ml. 2. Gelatin four teaspoon 3. Cream 200 ml. 4. Sugar 25 gms 5. Strawberry jam five table spoons 6. Biscuits 10 7. Mint leaves 10, 8. Cherry 10. 9. Vanilla ice cream (one small scoop) 10.
Method
1. Boil the milk. 2. Dissolve the sugar in half the milk. 3. Soak the gelatin in the remaining milk. 4. Now mix the strawberry jam in the sweetened milk and stir well 5. Now add the gelatinmilk mixture and the cream to this, mix well, and lower into a vessel of boiling water till it becomes thick. 6. In each mould, place one biscuit one scoop ice cream and pour the custard mixture over it. Now leave to set in the fridge. 7. Garnish with cherries and mint leaves and serve.
