1. ½ cup broken raw-rice, 2. ½ tin condensed milk, 3 cups milk, Sugar to taste, 2 dessertspoon cashew nuts sliced long,3. ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
Method
Cook the rice well and add all ingredients of the second item. Keep stirring while cooking. When it is almost done, add cardamom powder. Stir and remove from fire. This payasam is better after cooling.
